UnPlat™ Legal

Rules for using UnPlat™, a dish-first discovery and Taste DNA platform from Warpak Dish LLC.
UnPlat is intended for people 13 years of age or older. You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use UnPlat only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13.
You may use UnPlat for lawful personal use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, interfere with normal operation, or submit false, harmful, or infringing content.
You are responsible for dish ratings, photos, taste notes, bug reports, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
UnPlat ranks and recommends dishes using available signals. Scores, matches, locations, menus, prices, and availability may be incomplete or change over time. Use your own judgment before visiting or ordering.
Taste DNA is a personalization feature, not medical, nutrition, allergy, or dietary advice. It is intended to help you discover dishes that may fit your preferences.
UnPlat is in active development. Features may change, break, be removed, or be improved as the product evolves.
You are responsible for maintaining your account security. You may delete your account from inside the app. Deletion may not remove anonymized or aggregated dish intelligence that no longer identifies you.
UnPlat is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee medical or nutrition accuracy, and we do not guarantee restaurant menu, inventory, pricing, or availability accuracy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warpak Dish LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
