UnPlat is a product of Warpak Dish LLC. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide (such as email and display name).
• Taste DNA calibration inputs and updates.
• Dish ratings and related taste feedback you submit.
• Photos you upload with your dish activity (if you choose to upload photos).
• Bug reports you send from the app.
• Merchant claim request details when you submit a claim.
• Basic app/device usage and diagnostics data needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide and operate your account and core app features.
• Calibrate your Taste DNA and personalize dish recommendations.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and safety.
• Review bug reports and troubleshoot service issues.
• Process merchant claim requests and related support actions.

Community attribution

Where attribution is shown in community contexts, UnPlat uses first-name-only public attribution where applicable.

Data retention and deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app. Account deletion removes your account-level personal data from active use. UnPlat may keep anonymized and aggregated dish intelligence that no longer identifies you, so community-level insights can remain useful.

Service providers and infrastructure

We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, databases, and related platform tooling) to run UnPlat. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own contractual and technical controls.

UnPlat provides taste and dish discovery experiences. We do not guarantee medical or nutrition accuracy, and we do not guarantee restaurant menu, inventory, pricing, or availability accuracy.
